All our deliveries are fulfilled by us which means quality and freshness is not compromised. We have two shipping options for you to choose at checkout which will determine how long your order takes to arrive to you. If we are unable to fulfil a delivery due to the recipient not being home we will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour or in a secure location, a card will be left for the recipient. On some occasions a second delivery attempt will be made the following day and if we are still unable to deliver the item will be returned to store for collection. If, for any reason, we are unable to complete a delivery in the time frame you have paid for we will contact you directly and offer alternative arrangements or compensation.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your flowers but in the unlikely event you are not happy please let us know. Due to the nature of our products and services, if an item if faulty, unless the item is returned to us within 48hrs in the original packaging and has not been tampered with we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Once a product has left our store we cannot be responsible for the care thereafter, it is the responsibility of the customer to care for their purchase in the appropriate manner and follow any care instructions given. We accept all methods of payment including: Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Paypal & BACS. We will also accept payments made over the phone if this is most convenient for you. All payments must be confirmed before the order is released.
